The focus on is on nature in a relaxed environment where we can take stress away and focus on you and the issues at hand. We can also do a walk & talk session in nature at the local city parks. It's all very therapeutic and will clear your mind, give you exercise & it allows for your mind, body and soul to be refreshed and renewed. Please request if interested. It's offered March-October.
